Ikebana – the art of flower arrangement

Come to the Pikake Terrace Lobby at the Princess Kaiulani Hotel in Waikiki and immerse yourself in culture! The Pan-Pacific Festival’s Arts & Craft Fair will present various exhibits and demonstrations from Japan as well as Hawaii. Every year different clubs join the Arts & Craft Fair to share their talents and hobbies.

Origami – paper folding

You may participate with craft and hobby groups such as calligraphy, flower arrangement and origami (paper folding) clubs. Learn how to make a beautiful dragon puppet, or create your own authentic calligraphic artwork to take home! Or simply enjoy exhibitions on display by other unique cultural groups such as a kite club, a Hawaiian quilt club, or a stationary club. Learn about a new craft or hobby!
